Kuzbass Fuel Company updated the collective agreement

At the beginning of 2023, Kuzbasskaya Fuel Company entered into a new collective agreement with the trade union organization of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine, a branch of Kuzbasskaya Fuel Company JSC. The updated version of the collective agreement includes improved social programs for the company's employees.

The agreement was signed by the Managing Director of CPC JSC Evgeny Dmitriev and the Chairman of the trade union organization of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine Alexander Kramer, representing the interests of the workers. The terms of the current Collective Agreement have been extended for a three-year period until December 31, 2025.

The collective agreement of a coal mining enterprise establishes its main principles in the field of social policy, aimed at supporting employees, members of their families, former employees and pensioners of the enterprise, as well as other privileged categories of citizens.

The company's social package includes the provision of vouchers for annual sanatorium-resort treatment for employees and their children, the issuance of free coal rations, salary indexation, remuneration for length of service, additional leave, etc.

The new version of the agreement has been supplemented with compensation for travel on vacation, as well as compensation for payment for any types of fuel in the cost of utilities.

It should be noted that for the first time a collective agreement between the miners’ union and the management of Kuzbass Fuel Company JSC was signed in 2013.

– The version of the collective agreement is regularly updated every three years, preserving all the benefits and guarantees of the company’s employees that were reflected in previous versions of the agreement. A significant package of social guarantees and benefits, secured by a collective agreement, will remain in place at least until the end of 2025, which guarantees stability and confirms it for years to come, – commented Alexander Kramer, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Vinogradovsky Mine.
