In 2021, Kuzbass Fuel Company increased production and processing of thermal coal by 36%
In 2021, Kuzbass Fuel Company produced 12.76 million tons of D-grade thermal coal. This is 36% higher than the volume of production in 2020, which amounted to 9.38 million tons of fuel.
Over 6 million tons of coal were processed at 2 processing plants of the company in 2021, which is also 36% more than in 2020 – 4.4 million tons.
"By the end of 2021, fuel shipments to the domestic market increased by 24%. The products of the Kuzbass Fuel Company are supplied to the large energy sector, housing and communal services structures, as well as to the needs of private households," the representative of the Kuzbass Fuel Company stressed.
In 2022, the company plans to increase the volume of extraction and enrichment of thermal coal. To this end, CPC JSC is implementing an investment program to expand and upgrade the mining equipment fleet of the company's main production asset – the Vinogradovsky coal mine.
