Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company won first place in a regional competition for the best educational and material base in the field of civil defense and emergency protection among organizations with over 200 employees.
The diploma was presented to the company representative in a ceremonial setting during a training and methodological meeting held at the regional government to summarize the activities of the territorial subsystem of the RSChS of the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass for 2025.
The competition assessed both the availability of protective gear and fire extinguishing equipment for various emergencies and fires, as well as a set of equipment, visual aids, and information stands that help personnel improve their safety culture and practice their response skills to various incidents.
"Our educational and material base has a rich collection of self-rescue equipment samples and visual methodological materials on actions to take in various emergency situations. We stock a variety of protective suits, soft frameless stretchers, primary fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and much more, which are used during civil defense training events. Thanks to this database, we can examine in detail the procedures for responding to fires, natural and man-made disasters, and put this knowledge into practice," explains Vyacheslav Deryabin, Head of the Department for Mobilization Preparation for the Civil Defense and Emergencies Ministry.
