On December 25, in the assembly hall of the administrative and welfare plant of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine, a meeting of the foremen of structural units was held, at which the results of the work for 2024 were summed up, and a solemn ceremony was held to award the best workers.
“The year has been difficult for the coal industry, but we have successfully overcome many challenges. Thus, we fulfilled the plan for the sale of coal products and began to intensively implement lean production practices, reducing losses. Each of the awardees made a great personal contribution to the common cause.

During the event, the managing director outlined the main goals and objectives for 2025, and also touched upon the topic of the priority of compliance with labor protection requirements.
For high professionalism, responsibility and tangible personal contribution to the development of CPC JSC, about 70 employees received certificates of honor and letters of gratitude, as well as cash bonuses.
Among the awarded: 20 excavator drivers, 16 BelAZ drivers, 5 loader drivers, 4 motor grader drivers, 4 bulldozer drivers, 4 drilling rig drivers, as well as electric mechanics, electric gas welders, pumping and screening drivers, a sampler and others.
