Cascade-energo specialists received awards for their professional holiday
On Energy Day, December 22, 93 employees of Cascade-energo (a subsidiary of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company) received regional, municipal and corporate awards in connection with their professional holiday.
– Energy Engineer’s Day is a wonderful occasion to celebrate professionals in their field for many years of conscientious work and achievement of production targets. Our employees are dedicated to the industry and their enterprise: today we employ 280 people, 93 of them have more than 10 years of experience in the company. In addition, families work at Cascade-energo; we have 15 dynasties, – shared Oleg Liventsev, general director of Cascade-energo.
Seven power engineers were awarded certificates of honor from the Kuzbass Government Administration: Larisa Alekseenko, economist of the economic planning department Yuri Dementyev, electric and gas welder Alexander Zhelnerovich, repairman for boiler equipment repair Evgeniy Rushchenko, repairman for boiler equipment repair Sergey Rylskikh, loader Olga Somova, head of HR department Elena Chistyakova, watchman
Another 15 employees were thanked by the administration of the Anzhero-Sudzhensky urban district: Leonid Aryshev, steam turbine operator Olga Belova, control engineer Sergey Golovko, driver of the PAZ 32053-70 bus Lyudmila Guslova, plasterer Nina Elovikova, instrumentation mechanic Nina Zakhurdaeva, pumping unit operator Olga Korzh, financial accounting specialist Nina Morozova, clerk Denis Riess, head of the heating network installation section Anatoly Rodionov, instrumentation mechanic for maintenance and repair of boiler and turbine equipment (on duty) Dmitry Rybko, chief engineer Konstantin Rylskikh, driver of GAZ 3897 Andrey Semenyuk, automated control system engineer Natalya Tsimerman, boiler operator Vitaly Shkurkin, chief power engineer
Another 66 power engineers received corporate awards: 36 with certificates of honor and 30 with letters of gratitude from Cascade-energo.

In addition, in 2023, Cascade-energo was included in the Federal Register «All-Russian Book of Honor». This Register includes the best organizations, enterprises, institutions, and individual entrepreneurs in the country based on the recommendations and proposals of regional and municipal authorities. The Book of Honor includes the most worthy organizations of various forms of ownership and fields of activity, which through their work contribute to the socio-economic development of their district, city, region, as well as increasing the efficiency of their industry.
