The opening of the main summer sporting event began with a street performance and fire show
On the eve of Miner's Day, the traditional summer sports competition among employees of the Kuzbass Fuel Company took place at the Bogatyr sports complex in the Belovsky district. This year, the teams from the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine and the Meret fuel and energy complex tried their hand. The Spartakiad program includes four disciplines – volleyball, football, individual kettlebell lifting and tug-of-war.
– Even the rain couldn’t stop us from gathering – there were about 150 of us at the stadium! Thanks to everyone who was not afraid of inclement weather and took part, – comments the participant.
As a result of the competition, the mountain team won the championship not only on the football field, but also on the volleyball court. The first place in the “tug of war” went to the mining transport section, and the strongest grip, as last year, went to Boris Balyakin.
The winners were awarded cups, certificates and cash certificates.
