July 20 on Vinogradovsky open-pit mine labor contract was signed between miners’ trade union and management of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company 2010-2012.
142 delegates of all the employees, representing all the subvisions of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company, discussed and approved the version of the labor contract during the conference.
Adopted document consolidates social benefits and safeguards, granted to employees of the enterprise and their family members, and also to all orders of individuals, provided by “Federal Trade Agreement on Coal Industry”
As was mentioned by the representative of the trade-union committee of Vinogradovsky open-pit mine of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company, Baun Zinaida Nikolaevna: “The principle of our labor contract is the principle of social partnership between management and employees. We try to work effectively, and at the same time management meets all the benefits and safeguards of this contract. This year wage in our enterprise has been indexed 10 % since beginning of this year, and it will continue to raise, which today’s document guarantees. This all happens by the credit of both trade union and the management of the company”.
