On August 12, on the territory of the Barabinsky Gortop of the Novosibirsk region, on the eve of the celebration of the Miner's Day, a competition of professional skills among employees of the sales subsidiaries of JSC Kuzbass Fuel Company started.
Eleven loader drivers from the Novosibirsk, Omsk and Kemerovo regions, as well as representatives of the Altai Territory, were the first to compete for the title of "Best by Profession".
"The most valuable and significant resource of any enterprise is a cohesive team. The competition of professional skills among employees of sales subsidiaries is a long–standing tradition that unites colleagues from all regions of the Kuzbass Fuel Company's presence every year. Such competitions also give a powerful additional incentive to improve professional skills," he noted Oleg Nam, Director of Novosibirsk Fuel Corporation LLC.
The score was counted for seconds, while the participants did not forget about compliance with the rules of the competition and safety in practice.The participants demonstrated their skills and abilities on a five-ton front loader.
At the first stage, drivers competed in the ability to masterfully maneuver a loader along a difficult route strewn with lime and sand.
The second stage is not easy - to load a rod into the bucket, then unload it behind the pedestal.
At the third stage, holding the ball , you should drive between the chips and score this ball into the basketball hoop. Next – knock out the pins with the same ball.
"Today's competition is not only a professional competition, but also an opportunity to communicate with colleagues, exchange experience, learn something new. The sales subsidiaries of the Kuzbass Fuel Company play an important role in our group. They sell a significant amount of coal produced by the company, providing heat to 4 regions of Western Siberia - the Novosibirsk Region, Omsk Region, Altai Territory and Kuzbass," said Oleg Nam, Director of Novosibirsk Fuel Corporation LLC.
The winners and prize-winners were awarded honorary awards and a cash prize, and all participants of the competition received memorable souvenirs.
