On April 14, within the framework of the National Project “Demography”, the All-Russian Employment Fair “Russian Work” was held for the first time. Time of opportunity." HR department specialists spoke about open vacancies and working conditions. Thus, currently, the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine requires bulldozer, motor grader, truck crane operators, operators of various types of excavators, as well as mechanics for repairing mining equipment and BelAZ vehicles. The key requirement for applicants is the desire to work and earn money. The employer guarantees official employment, full implementation of the Federal Industry Agreement and an extensive social package. It includes rationed coal, compensation for travel to the place of vacation, organization of children's recreation, compensation for housing and communal services, etc. Also from the city of Belovo and nearby settlements, delivery to the place of work and back by official transport is organized.

Oksana Krasulina, Head of the Personnel Directorate of the Vinogradovsky Mine, told Khakassian youth about the benefits of working at a coal mining enterprise in Kuzbass. The meeting took place at the Employment Center in Chernogorsk, and students studying mining and coal preparation took part in it.
Also, current vacancies at the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine were presented to visitors to the All-Russian Job Fair, which was held on April 14 at the Republican Museum and Cultural Center in the city of Abakan.
