The Vinogradovsky open-pit mine, a branch of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company JSC, provided the administration of the Belovsky Municipal District with about 7 thousand tons of basalt crushed stone for the repair of country roads in the settlements of Evtino, Karakan, Novy Karakan, Konovalovo and Vishnevka.
The Vinogradovsky open-pit mine regularly monitors and ensures the proper condition of country roads in the areas of its presence. At the request of municipal authorities, the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine annually allocates the required volume of basalt crushed stone of two fractions: 0–20 mm and 20–40 mm. Road filling is done in several layers, first with a larger fraction of basalt crushed stone, then with a fine fraction.
– At the open-pit site we use basalt crushed stone for the construction and repair of roads, as well as for the repair of railway tracks: they comply with all design comments. Since we extract basalt crushed stone for our own needs ourselves, we always respond to requests from the administration for help with this material, – said Maxim Mordakin, head of the section for the repair and maintenance of technological roads at the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine.
Let us remind you that Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company has its own crushing and screening complex designed for the production and processing of basalt crushed stone. The monthly productivity of the crushing and screening complex reaches 60 thousand tons.
