Four teams of excavators from the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine won the “Production Competition” of coal industry workers
At the end of 2022, four teams of excavators from the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine of the Kuzbass Fuel Company showed the highest labor productivity and became winners of the interregional “Production Competition” of coal industry workers.
“Production competition” at the enterprises of the Russian Coal company has been held annually since 2018. Participants in the competition in 2022 were employees of the coal mining enterprises of Russian Coal and Kuzbass Fuel Company in the Amur Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia and Kuzbass. These are 75 excavator teams representing 6 coal mines.
In 2022, excavator teams from the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine of the Kuzbass Fuel Company were included in the “Russian Coal Production Competition” for the first time. And at the end of the year, they became the main winners of the federal competition for coal industry workers, winning in 4 out of 7 subgroups.
In the subgroup “Excavators with a bucket capacity of 25 m3” of the “Electric Mining Crawler Excavators” group, the best result was shown by the R&N-2300 brigade № 2384 under the leadership of foreman Evgeniy Ermolaevich Fedorov:
