Kuzbass Fuel Company continues to develop automation of production processes "NIA-Kuzbass"
Kuzbass Fuel Company (PJSC KTK) continues to introduce automated technological solutions to increase the efficiency of production processes, as well as aimed at increasing the level of diagnosis of the state of health of miners and reducing the risks of industrial injuries.
For regular medical examination of employees at the enterprises of the Kuzbass Fuel Company, a high-tech solution has been introduced - the specialized software and hardware complex "Omega Expert" of the Russian scientific and production company "Dynamics." The use of the complex allows reducing the risk of industrial injuries and, in real time, conducting comprehensive monitoring of the state of health of miners. The system monitors changes in circulatory indicators in cardiovascular diseases, controls blood pressure, diagnoses signs of infectious, cold and inflammatory diseases, as well as fatigue and overwork. Due to timely diagnosis, the probability of accidents, incidents and accidents resulting from deterioration of health at the workplace is significantly reduced.
"At the moment, the automated diagnostic complex combines operational and long-term observation of the health of 1,345 employees of the company. Due to the introduction of this technology, the enterprise also significantly increased the efficiency of pre-shift medical examinations, "said a representative of KTK PJSC.
The enterprises of the Kuzbass Fuel Company have also successfully implemented an automated system for dispatching and managing the mountain transportation complex (ASD). This system helps to work with production information for rapid decision-making, is a tool for analyzing and improving the efficiency of production business processes, and reduces the cost of obtaining information on production indicators.
It allows, among other things, to increase the level of technical readiness of vehicles and the utilization rate of the fleet, to optimize traffic flows, to monitor the loading of quarry dump trucks in real time, to reduce the downtime and overhaul of equipment, to reduce the volume of non-target consumption of for combustive-lubricating materials, to reduce the cost of spare parts and to increase the safety of quarry transport.
“The automated dispatching system helps to efficiently control and manage the technological transport of the mine, conduct online monitoring of cargo transportation processes, automatically calculate the transportation leverage, distribute dump trucks to selected routes with the calculation of the expected number of flights.This not only increases the efficiency of production processes, but also reduces production costs. For example, automated monitoring of the operation of large-sized tires and a tire pressure control system allowed to reduce fuel consumption by 3% and increase the life of mine dump trucks tires on the Vinogradovsky coal mine by 20-30%, "said a representative of KTK PJSC.
At the same time, the average dump truck load increased by 7.4%, which was achieved due to the visualization module for each ladle to be loaded. The productivity of mining equipment increased by 1.2% due to a reduction in internal organizational downtime, an increase in the average speed and average load of dump trucks, the company explained.
