In 2022, Kuzbass Fuel Company increased the wages of miners
Since February 2022, the wages of all employees of the Vinogradovsky coal mine of the Kuzbass Fuel Company have increased by 10%. Last year, CPC also reported an increase in the wages of employees.
In 2021, Kuzbass Fuel Company indexed wages across the entire group of companies by 4.9%. Additionally, the provisions on bonuses for employees of the company's coal–mining asset, the Vinogradovsky mine, were revised. Thanks to this, the average monthly salary for the main working professions, as well as employees of the coal enrichment site, repair and support personnel, has increased. "The average monthly salary in the Vinogradovsky section in 2021 increased by 20% compared to 2020," the company said.
Kuzbass Fuel Company also continues to implement social support programs for employees and their family members. "Among the social support measures that are in effect for the company's employees, in addition to the sanatorium-resort rehabilitation of miners for medical reasons and the organization of recreational recreation for their children, payment for the cost of travel of employees and their family members to and from the place of rest is provided. In addition, a wide range of social benefits and support measures are provided for the company's employees and their family members, aimed at personnel development, improvement of working and living conditions of miners, social guarantees in the field of occupational safety and industrial safety," the company explained.
Pensioners of the enterprise are provided with free coal and compensated for heating costs, targeted financial assistance is provided
