Since February 2022, the wages of all employees of the Vinogradovsky coal mine of the Kuzbass Fuel Company have increased by 10%. Last year, CPC also reported an increase in the wages of employees.

Thanks to this, the average monthly salary for the main working professions, as well as employees of the coal enrichment site, repair and support personnel, has increased. "The average monthly salary in the Vinogradovsky section in 2021 increased by 20% compared to 2020," the company said.

Kuzbass Fuel Company also continues to implement social support programs for employees and their family members.
