As part of the investment program to expand and upgrade the mining equipment fleet, Kuzbass Fuel Company pays attention not only to the main mining equipment, but also to the acquisition of modern auxiliary equipment.
Thus, the new XCMG truck crane with a lifting capacity of 70 tons will become the largest truck crane in the park of the Kuzbass Fuel Company.
Highway cranes are powerful equipment with the ability to move heavy or oversized loads. The crane will be used for repairs, installation and dismantling of mining equipment.
The crane is equipped with a U-shaped telescopic boom up to 56.1 m long, a 265 kW diesel engine and a hydraulic system that allows to increase the accuracy of loading and unloading operations.
The equipment is also equipped with the necessary safety systems: when approaching power lines, a signal is given, in case of exceeding the permissible load, the mechanism is switched off, and the circular water cooling system of the engine prevents overheating and disabling of the working engine.
To control the crane, a crew of 2 people is required - a driver and an operator. The mandatory presence of a computer and joysticks in the working cabin simplifies the process of controlling the machine. The XCT70_S crane gearbox is designed for 10 forward and 2 reverse speeds.
Thanks to the panoramic glazing of the cabin with the use of safety glass, searchlight and windscreen wipers, it becomes possible to perform construction or other types of work in any weather conditions and with maximum visibility.
