Specialists from the Kemerovo city administration monitored the company’s readiness to implement civil defense measures, protect the population and territory from natural and man-made emergencies at Kuzbass Fuel Company JSC.
During the visit, the chief specialist of the department for the protection of the population and territory of the Central District of the city of Kemerovo assessed the availability of all the necessary organizational documents, the provision of the company’s personnel with personal protective equipment, learned how briefings and practical training are conducted with personnel on the rules of responding to various emergency situations, including in case of fire, earthquake, accident with leakage of petroleum products and hazardous chemical substances. Also during the meeting, a plan for conducting educational training sessions at the enterprises of the KTK JSC group of companies was reviewed.
“Monitoring of municipal emergency services specialists takes place annually and allows us to analyze our work in the area of civil defense and readiness to act in emergency situations, and also helps to identify areas that require improvement. Based on the results of the monitoring, our work was assessed positively, no comments were identified,” says Vyacheslav Deryabin, head of the department for mobilization work, civil defense and emergency situations of CPC JSC.
