An international event was held at the Vinogradovsky site, where employees of Kuzbass Fuel Company JSC were recognized with various federal and regional awards, certificates for winning professional skills competitions, and corporate certificates of merit. Konstantin Lyamzin, a BelAZ truck driver at Mining and Transport Section No. 1, and Andrey Burtsev, an excavator operator at Mining Section No. 1 of the open-pit mine, were awarded the Ministry of Energy’s "Miner's Glory" badge, 3rd Class.
Seven miners from the open-pit mine were awarded certificates of merit from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, while automotive mechanic Natalia Fedoseeva received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry.
Bulldozer operator Andrey Khaleev and excavator operators Denis Folin, Dmitry Shevlev, and Maxim Burmatov were awarded the "Miner's Valor" silver badge.
