Kuzbass Fuel Company continues to work on the formation of modern social and household infrastructure.
The food point for miners temporarily suspended during the pandemic has resumed its work. The updated dining room opened in early June in the Administrative and Household Building of the Vinogradovsky section of CPC JSC.
"We decided to upgrade the food point before the start of COVID-19, but we did not think that the pandemic would drag on. Now the reconstruction of the dining hall has been completed, new air conditioners have been installed. The range of dishes offered has also significantly expanded," says Alexander Khristianovich Kramer, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Vinogradovsky section.
The catering point with a total area of 277 sq. m. m meets all the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological rules and additional recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor for public catering facilities. Its large area is divided into dining halls, cooking rooms, four workshops for storing food and utility rooms.
"The canteen is open from 07.00 to 21.00. The maximum occupancy is just in the morning and evening, when the miners go to work and return after it. Miners working in remote sections of the mine take lunch boxes with them," said the representative of the mine.
CPC employees also noted the high quality of the dishes presented in the renovated dining room and the prices that had decreased compared to the pre-pandemic times.
Among the social programs operating for the employees of CPC JSC are the organization of sanatorium treatment or recreation, the allocation of free coal, the development of socially significant infrastructure in the localities of presence and other activities.
