In the context of maintaining sustainable partnerships with suppliers of chemical components for coal processing, working meetings of the management and personnel of the enterprise with representatives of the Beijing chemical manufacturer Hengju Chemical Group (Beijing Hengju Corporation) and the supplier company from Yaroslavl, the Center for Completion and Technical Support, were held at the premises of the Mining Plant No. 2 of the Vinogradovsky Open Pit.
This year, JSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company purchased a test batch of the substance for the water purification cycle as part of the coal enrichment process. During the substance testing, there was a need for consulting assistance from a specialist technologist of the manufacturing company to develop effective methods for launching the substance into the production process.
The Chinese company "Hengju Chemical Group" sent technologist Yu Xuavei to get acquainted with the nuances of production and develop the necessary recommendations. According to the visit plan, a familiarization tour of the factory was conducted for the foreign specialist, and tests were organized, including using water purification substances from different manufacturers, to conduct a comparative analysis of the results.
“The main objective of our meeting is to develop technological solutions for the use of the supplied flocculants, as well as the introduction of innovative products that will allow for the effective implementation of the water purification production process during coal enrichment. “Real contact with the manufacturer will allow us to establish long-term cooperation and adjust it to the individual needs of our production,” says Vyacheslav Tushmanakov, Deputy Director for Coal Enrichment and Processing at the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company JSC.
