A ceremonial event was held at the administrative and domestic complex of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine, where employees of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company JSC were awarded various federal and regional awards, diplomas of winners of the professional skills competition, as well as honorary certificates of the enterprise.
Andrey Evdokimov, an electrician at the open-pit mine's tractor-buldozer section, was awarded the Ministry of Energy's "Miner's Glory" badge of distinction, 1st degree. Excavator driver Vitaly Kozenko and BelAZ driver Mikhail Kolosov were awarded "Miner's Glory" badges of distinction, 3rd degree.
12 miners of the open pit were awarded with honorary certificates of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, another 4 miners received gratitude from the Ministry. Bulldozer operator Vladimir Chernyadev and driver of the service convoy Evgeny Konyshev were awarded the silver badge "Miner's Valor".
4 miners received honorary certificates from the Governor of Kuzbass.
5 employees of the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine received honorary certificates from the administration of the Belovsky municipal district.
More than 20 employees of Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company JSC were awarded an honorary certificate from the company's general director, and about 30 more specialists received letters of gratitude on his behalf.
About 30 people were awarded with prizes by the trade union organization - Rosugleprof.
The winners of professional skills competitions were also awarded as part of the celebration.
Vladimir Chernyshov (Mountain Section No. 1) became the best operator of the R&N-2300 excavator.
Evgeny Filbert (Mountain Section No. 1) was recognized as the best operator of the KOMATSU-RS 1250 excavator.
In the nomination "Best Excavator Operator" ESh-10/70, the winner was Viktor Tereshkin (Mining Section No. 1).
The best excavator operator KOMATSU- RS 400; RS 750 was Yuriy Sidelnikov (Mining Section No. 2).
The best DML drilling rig operator was Pavel Losev (drilling section of the open pit).
The best crusher was Alexey Yavkin (loading section).
The best driver of the BelAZ 75306 vehicle is Ivan Chernikov (mining and transport section No. 2).
The best driver of the BelAZ 75131 vehicle is Aleksandr Shchenov (mining and transport section No. 2).
The best driver of the BelAZ 75581 vehicle is Anton Fedorov (mining and transport section No. 2).
The best driver of the BelAZ 7555 vehicle is Aleksey Rudko (mining and transport section No. 1).
The best driver of a category D vehicle is Andrey Kasikin (service motorcade).
The best driver of a category C vehicle is Maksim Khoma (service motorcade).
The best mechanic for car repair is Dmitry Vostrikov (auto repair shop).
The best crawler bulldozer operator is Maksim Aryutkin (automotive and tractor bulldozer section).
The best driver of the VA-470 loader is Aleksey Petunin (autotractor-bulldozer section).
The best coal enrichment operator is Oksana Orlova (the enrichment plant "Kaskad-2")
The best operator of enrichment and briquetting units is Yulia Mastyayeva (the enrichment plant "Kaskad-2")
The best electric and gas welder was Alexander Shkavrov (energomechanical maintenance shop of enrichment plants). Commemorative gifts were awarded to 6 leaders of the Lean Manufacturing ideas competition.
A concert was organized for the participants of the celebration, photo zones and a photo exhibition “The Future is Just Around the Corner” with portraits of open-pit miners and their children were prepared, aimed at popularizing coal mining professions and forming professional dynasties.
