The competition of professional skills among the miners of the Vinogradovsky section of the Kuzbass Fuel Company is a traditional competition for the Miner's Day. It includes two stages: theoretical and practical.

Tasks for drivers of giant BelAZ dump trucks resemble a kind of modernized driving test, however, the track has been increased several times. Imagine: a 220-ton BelAZ passes a snake, and instead of orange cones there are huge barrels of fuel. At the end of the route, you need to slow down in time in front of a wall of the same barrels.




No less hard work had to be demonstrated to the drivers of bulldozers. Two different cars have already competed here: wheeled and tracked. In addition to the standard exit from the box, maneuvers, working with the blade and reversing back into the box, there was a highlight: it was necessary to close the matchbox with the rear attachments.







"Tasks have become more difficult this year. Moving the sleepers is especially difficult: you almost move the bucket like that – and that's it. Putting a bucket is also not easy, water tends to spill. In both tasks, the main thing is to do everything smoothly. I think such contests are very helpful in improving skills, especially on this excavator. Accuracy is very important for safety," Andrey Makarov, the operator of the P&H-2300 excavator, said before getting into the cab and starting the task.
A special commission monitors the progress of the competition, it also calculates the points. To become the first, you need to pass both theory and practice perfectly.
