Eduard Vladimirovich was born in 1976. He graduated from the Kuzbass State Technical University, majoring in Economics and Management of Mining and Exploration Establishments. In 2006, he became the Financial and Economic Deputy of General Director at Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company.Eduard Alexeenko was born in Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo region. He graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic University with a degree in Economics and Management of Mining and Exploration Enterprises. In 1999 he had training as part of Presidential Program of Management Training at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. In 2010 Eduard Alexeenko presented a Ph.D. thesis at Novosibirsl State University on the topic: Business Strategy in the Context of Global and Local Completion: Case Study OJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. For conscientious work in the mining industry of Kemerovo region Eduard Alexeenko was awarded a number of medals and badges of honor by the region administration and trade associations. 1997 – 2000 – senior engineer, chief accountant, head of department of financial planning and analysis, OJSC Holding Company Kuzbassrazrezugol. 2000 – 2006 – head of financial and economic directorate, deputy general director for economics and finances, PJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. In 2009 was appointed the First Deputy General Director of PJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. In 2015 was appointed a General Director of PJSC KTK.
Ivan Gepting was born in 1976 in Kemerovo. He graduated from Kemerovo State University, department of economics with a degree in Finances and Credit. From 1996 to 2000 Ivan Gepting worked for Kemerovo region administration. In 2000 was appointed a deputy general director for commercial activities, PJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. A member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Altaiskaya Toplivnaya Company since 2001. In 2013 was elected a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company. Ivan Gepting acted as a member of the HR and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Ivan Gepting has been voted five times into the post of a member of the Board of Directors. In 2015 was appointed the First Deputy General Director.
Maxim Skorokhodov was born in 1975 in Kemerovo. He graduated from Kemerovo State University, law department. In 2001 he had training as part of Presidential Program of Management Training at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. 1997 - 1999 – in-house lawyer, OJSC Kuzbassenergo. 1999 - 2001– assistant insolvency practitioner for legal affairs, OJSC Vtormet 2001 – 2005 – legal practice 2005 - 2010 год – director for legal support, OJSC Holding Company Siberian Cement. In 2010 was appointed a Chief Legal Officer of PJSC KTK.
Igor Mikheev was born in 1964 in Belovo, Kemerovo region. He graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic University with a degree in Technology and Complex Mechanization of Open Mining and gained a qualification of a mining engineer. Anatoly Poklonov was born in 1957 in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region. He graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic University, Kemerovo and gained a qualification of a mining engineer. 1979 - 1980– mine foreman of the open-pit mining section, Berezovskaya Mine, Kuzbassrazrezugol Plant. 1980 - 1981– mine foreman, acting chief production engineer, Osinnikovsky Open-pit Mine, OJSC Yuzhkuzbassugol. 1981 – 2008 – chief engineer, technical director, vice-president of technical policy, OJSC Holding Company Kuzbassrazrezugol. 2008 - 2009 – General Director, Limited Liability Company Kuznetsk Project Company. 2009 - 2010 – associate director, South Siberian Office of Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of the Russian Federation. 2011 – 2012 – chief operating officer, Limited Liability Company Modern Mining Technology. In August 2012 was appointed a Technical Director at OJSC Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company.
Elena Sarycheva was born in 1973 in Guryevsk, Kemerovo region. She graduated from Kuzbass State Teachers’ Academy, department of foreign languages. Andrei Berdnikov was born in 1972 in Prokopyevsk (Kemerovo region).
He obtained 2 university degrees. In 1995 Andrei Berdnikov graduated from Tomsk State Academy of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics with a degree in radio engineering and technology and from Kuzbass State Technical University with a degree in engineering and economics in mining industry.
In 2006 he presented a PhD thesis in economics on the topic: Development of Methodogical Provisions for Regulation of Expenses on the Basis of the Management of Quality Processes in Complex Organizational Structures at the Central Research Institute of Economics and Scientific and Technical Information of Coal Industry.

Sergey Bezryadin was born in 1959 in Saratov.
In 1981 he graduated from Ordzhonikidze Siberian Institute of Iron and Steel, Novokuznetsk and gained a qualification of a civil engineer.
In 1999 he graduated from Administration Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and gained a qualification of a legal expert, law enforcement organizer. Sergey Bezryadin started his working career at the department of major construction, Department of Agriculture, Kemerovo Region Executive Committee.
From 1983 to 2008 Sergey Bezryadin had different operational posts at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in Kemerovo region at Economic Crime Department and Organized Crime Unit.
In 1989 Organized Crime Directorates were established where Sergey Bezryadin served for 20 years taking posts from a senior criminal investigator to the Head of the Directorate.
In 2008 upon recommendation he was appointed a Director of Federal Drug Control Service of Russia in Kemerovo region.
In December 2015 was appointed a Deputy General Director for Security PJSC KTK.
